Bounce Houses/Slides and Rental Equipment/Machines		  

Children’s safety depends on you. Your personal supervision is absolutely required. As the Lessee of the bounce house or any other rental equipment and machines, the safety of all who come in contact with the rental equipment thereof is YOUR responsibility.

 


BOUNCE HOUSE INFLATION and WEATHER CONDITIONS:


Maximum # of Jumpers:   6
Maximum Total Weight Limit: 500 lbs.


If inflatable bounce house begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.

 

Bounce House MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury.  Do not use if winds exceed 20mph - bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.

 

Keep children away from the blower unit - risk of electric shock and serious injury from moving parts of the blower.

 

Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.

 

ITEMS IN BOUNCE HOUSE:

 Use only blow up “beach ball” type balls or provided Nerf balls in the bounce house - other balls may cause serious injury.

Absolutely NO - “Silly String”, confetti, gum, food, drinks, sprays, or other sticky substances are allowed in the bounce house. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in an additional cleaning fee.

 

NO Piñata’s in the bounce house. Severe injury could occur.

 

JUMPING IN THE BOUNCE HOUSE:

All jumpers must remove shoes, eyeglasses, and any sharp objects before entering the bounce house.

To avoid neck and back injuries - no wrestling, flips or rough housing allowed.

 

Do Not bounce against the sides or near the doorway of the bounce house - serious injury may result.

 

Anyone with head, back, neck or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age, and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.

 

Do NOT allow older children to jump with younger children as there is a risk of severe injury.

 

No hanging from the netting on the sides nor from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.


CLEANING BOUNCE HOUSE:

You are responsible for the cleaning of any additional rental equipment such as tables and chairs, etc.

 

Bounce House will be re-inflated upon it’s pick-up so that it may be inspected (please plan time for re-inflation)

 

CONCESSION RENTAL EQUIPMENT:

Be aware that concession rental equipment such as sno-cone machine, cotton candy machine, etc. are heavy and require a sturdy table large enough that machines can't be jiggled or knocked off a table. Please make sure no one sits on a table that a machine is on. The combined weight may cause collapse or injury.

 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY for Bounce Houses and Rental Equipment/Machines

The Lessee shall be in charge of rented machines and the bounce house unit’s operation and is fully responsible for the return of the unit in good working order. Lessee shall pay for theft and/or damage of the inflatable or rental machines while on their premises. Lessor (AZ PARTY TIME) and its employees and agents is/are not responsible for any injury occurring to any person or persons in contact with the bounce house and/or other rental equipment. 

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZ PARTY TIME, their agents, employees, directors, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in these activities or from any damages, or losses resulting from rented machines (sno-cone, cotton candy, projector, etc.). I further agree to release, acquit and covenant not to sue AZ PARTY TIME, their agents, employees, directors, boards, subcontractors, and volunteers for all actions, causes of action claims or damages, damages in law or remedies in equity of whatever kind, including the negligence of AZ PARTY TIME, its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or my family, myself, or my heirs, against AZ PARTY TIME of Peoria, AZ., its directors, employees, agents, boards, volunteers, subcontractors, or their heirs arising out of participation in this program.
